I Think You Should Write A Diary

-Esha Mufeez

As far as I might be concerned, composing a journal or writing daily diary is all I’ve known and is all I’ve ever wrote in for what seems like forever. The feeling checks and balance for people like me who normally endures and needs profitability can be useful. I believe there ought to be a friend whom you can say, bluster out your day, your feelings, and in written whatever you have shared is protected with them. No judgments, no remarks just a simple gesture of acceptance and acknowledgment. This is the manner by which I think a nonliving thing in a type of certain pages can facilitate your psyche.

Obviously it isn’t important to compose if your journal exist in a human structure. You are adequately fortunate in the event that you have that one friend. Be that as it may, on the off chance that you don’t, you don’t have to feel terrible about yourself. You can be friends with anything. Living or nonliving thing. Doesn’t actually matter. I’ve generally had a sense of security with my journal. It holds a universe of my minds, my feelings. I typically bluster my heart out when I’m miserable or happy. Nothing in the middle.

Writing a diary can assist you with being beneficial. Sounds buzzword yet it’s in reality evident. Possibly you composed a daily agenda or how you went through your day. It will be useful from various perspectives. You will have a clear vision of your daily schedule and contemplations, and what you need to change and include in it. Furthermore, being an understudy, it’s really gotten rushed to plan and complete everything on schedule. So to keep up your scholarly pressure, this is everything exercise you can manage to help yourself.

Review:

The blog above has no plagiarism.
The title she chose is not promising for what she claims. “I think” makes her statement weaker and biased. Even though she has written it from her point of view, and experience but the conclusion she reached onto should be precise enough to be able to convince the reader into believing it which she conveyed in her title.
The way she initiated her blog was captivating and I like the way she proceeded with an essence of emotions right in the first paragraph to emotionally involve the readers even more.
I already felt a deep connection with the journal by the end leaving me to feel the need of having one for myself too.
Her content is precise, and language is easy to understand. Her writing style portrays a calm and optimistic personality of a writer which proves that the matter she wrote about is not fabricated.

5 Quick Tips to Stop Anxiety and Reduce Stress

-Eesha Ali

Anxiety is like a monster—living under your bed—ready to attack you by tarnishing your confidence and disturbing your gut.

For those with an anxiety issue, it’s critical to investigate systems that can help oversee or lessen tension in the long term, like therapy or taking medication. In any case, everybody can profit from different approaches to decrease anxiety and nervousness with the help of certain alternations in your daily life, for example, eating with a routine, restricting yourself from unhealthy habits, and having a positive approach towards life. You can get rid of your anxiety by following these five tips.

1.    Follow the 3-3-3 standard.

Have a good look around you. Name three things you see. At that point, name three sounds you hear. At last, move three pieces of your body – your lower leg, fingers, or arm. At whatever point you feel your cerebrum going 100 miles for every hour, this psychological stunt can help focus your brain, taking you back to the current second.

  • Figure out How to Self-Soothe.

Imagine coming Infront of a deadly monster —or more awful, your teacher scolding you for not meeting a deadline. At the point when we are confronted with an anxiety instigating circumstance, our body’s sympathetic nervous system automatically triggers physiological changes. Our breathing increases, adrenaline is emitted, and our heart starts to race. This reaction is called flight or fight reaction. It occurs when we have to get away from a valid, hazardous crisis. Nonetheless, when the danger is envisioned (e.g. I will ruin the class presentation and everybody will know I’m a cheat), the battle or flight reaction is pointless and truly awkward.

To cope up with this reaction do Positive Self-talk.

We often know how to relax others; we say it to our friends that don’t worry you will ace your presentation. But we never comfort ourselves. The best way to make ourselves feel comfortable is positive self-talk. When anxious, practice phrases such as “This feeling will pass”, “I will get through this”, “I am safe right now”, “I am feeling anxious now, but I have the power make myself calm” and “I can feel my heart rate slowing down.

      3.      Stay away from sugar.

It might be enticing to go after something sweet when you’re focused, yet that chocolate bar can accomplish more damage than anything else, according to research eating an excessive amount of sugar can exacerbate on edge emotions. Rather than venturing into the treats bowl, drink a glass of water or eat protein. This will give moderate energy your body can use to recoup.

      4.      Breath in breath out

Profound breathing helps to beat anxiety. Take a huge breath in, feel the belly expanding, feel the lungs full of air. Hold on to the breath (without closing off the throat), just for 2-3 seconds. Breathe all of that air out, in a relaxed, long way. You could almost make it an audible sigh (making a ‘ha’ sound). Repeat for 1 minute.

       5.       Just do something.

If you’re having an anxiety attack, just stand up and do something. Whatever you are doing doesn’t have to be important. Just try to play tricks with your brain. Try to interrupt your brain’s thoughts. Take a walk around, do some house chores, clean up the dishes. Any action that tricks your sensory neurons will work at this point.

DEPRESSION

-Laiba Shah

Depression? Don’t you think that it is the most available thing between us? Depression is ugly and very serious. It is not a game of feeling down for an hour of our day. It is something that should not be glorified and it is not beautiful. We all want to get up and start our day by feeling the sun radiating happiness through our souls. But we FAILED sometimes. We have our friends and family available for us all the time, but who is with us when it’s 3 am in the morning and you suddenly hit by a memory that keeps you mourning and turns you into a mess. Depression is like being on the brink of tears because you drop a plate of your food. Some days are good and great and you feel yourself almost to a better version of yourself, but then something small happened maybe a different look from a stranger or a memory of someone and then BOOM, everything is messed up. Many people will ask why are you crying? Is there something wrong? And the only answer that will be available is ‘ I don’t know but feeling down maybe..’ We should tell ourselves that it’s completely fine to cry. It’s okay if you’re not feeling strong. It’s okay if you want help. It’s okay if you’re hurt. It’s okay if want to scream and cry out loud. Just stop pretending that you’re okay in situations where you are not even feeling yourself and you’re losing hope. ADMIT IT that you want someone to talk about your depression and there’s nothing wrong with it. Let it all out. With time, we all will be healed. And after that, get out of here, enjoy your life and smile without any heartaches and leave all of your pain to all those tears that you have shed. Be fixable. Be okay. Be happy and live your life as you want to. Because these all things are the PART of our life. LIFE IS SO BEAUTIFUL. LIVE IT.

REVIEW:
This blog has no plagiarism.
The title of the blog is not seemingly focusing on a small area. The word depression itself is a vast topic to write about. The reader who comes across such blog will not be captivated by the title as it does not give a specific idea on how this blog is going to end and most importantly what will the reader get from this blogpost. Readers only read when they hope to get something from it and they will not read a blog which does not clarify its objective.

The way writer initiated her post is really nice, as she puts a question in front of readers right away. Questioning readers is one of the most effective ways to engage the readers with your content which this blogpost has done really well.
The uniqueness in this write up is that throughout the whole blog it feels like as if the writer is directly speaking to the reader with an essence of emotions and feelings.
In between it felt like the topic was not proceeding in an organized way. Breaking the blog into two to three little paragraphs would have been better.

A tyrant, Hitler used political infighting and economic woes to strengthen his rein over Germany in the beginning of 1933. An autocratic leader of the Nazi party, Hitler had staunch anti-Semitism beliefs and an obsessive pursuit of Aryan supremacy. His warped belief system led to the genocide of 6 million Jews – a perspective that was evident in his self-authored book ‘Mein Kampf’. In the book, he declared the superiority of a white Aryan race, while he reserved his hatred for the Jews who he viewed as "parasites". The Nazis had a belief that Jews, Roma ('gypsies'), black people and other ethnic groups were inferior to Aryans. Their elimination, he said, "mu...

Genghis khan - Character Sketch

Genghis Khan -Muqadas Fatima https://muqadasfatima315.wixsite.com/website-1/post/character-sketch-non-fiction The sound of the drum beating pounded in his ears. His blurry vision could hardly make out the source of the commotion but soon realized that it was the shaman casting out the evil spirits. Suddenly a stinging smell of blood and raw meat burned the insides of his nostrils. As soon as he turned his face, what he saw was beyond his imagination. It was Genghis khan, the ruthless and vicious emperor and founder of the Mongolian Empire. Who would have known to be blood thirsty and tyrannical ruler for centuries? Tyranny reflected in his eyes. Even his eyes seemed like reptilian slits. His face was cold as ice as if the warmth of the sun had never reached it. While he stared into his soul, Genghis tore raw meat with his abnormally large canines. Blood oozing from it and eventually smeared all over his face. It became obvious, how ruthless the entire empire was. They had no reg...
